TennisTickets.com policies are as follows:
We reserve the right to upgrade any order at no additional cost and without prior approval from the customer. All tickets will be delivered by FedEx, DHL or Local courier. Prices are subject to change at any time. All orders are subject to acceptance by a Tennistickets.com representative. Additional information may be required from customer via fax before some orders can be completed.

All sales are final.

Ticket prices are Higher Than Face Value.

Tennistickets.com is not the box office. Any and all references to any Venue, or Tournament is purely for descriptive purposes. Tennistickets.com sells premium seat tickets to all Tennis events at or above the face value of the Ticket. All Tennistickets.com orders will be confirmed by e-mail and processed within 48 hours of your order. If you are buying tickets to an event that is taking place within 2 days of your order, you must call: 1-800-731-6972 to place your order. Online orders may not be accepted within the 48 hours prior to any event.
